Eddy Matzger Workshop San Diego, CA - April 23-25, 1999 |
Dear Prospective San Diego, CA Workshop Member,
What is a WORKSHOP ?
The "Eddy Matzger Workshop" is an intensely participatory, interactive
skating experience. Taught by Eddy himself in small groups over the
course of a weekend, the workshop is geared for all ages and abilities,
and covers inline skating and racing from A to Z. The workshop is a
whooping weekend affair, including over 20 hours of Eddy's personal
instruction. Whether you're a new skater or a seasoned racer, Eddy
spends quality time with each participant every day. The workshop
emphasizes having fun while committing the fundamentals of technique
to muscular memory. Hipwork, teamwork, and the principle of least
work are some core ideas around which the workshop is structured.
Location:
Workshops are held wherever there are enough skaters to fly Eddy out
for instruction. Eddy is coming to San Diego on April 23, 24, 25, 1999
and will be hosted by Sandra Young, Ph: 760-471-9528 or E mail her at,
sandra@harborpackaging.com for any local information.
The workshop relies on a host for coordination of certain specifics.

Each participant receives a complementary workshop T-shirt designed
by Raymond Verdaguer of New York City, a packet with detailed
